The following pages state the terms and conditions, which govern the use of the S&S Online store. Using this site means you agree by these terms. S&S Online reserve the right to modify its terms from time to time.

Delivery Policy

We aim to provide delivery of processed orders within 4 working days in UK and 7 days overseas. However there may be circumstances beyondS&S Online control, which could cause delay. If this is the case we will contact you via email of phone.

Returns Policy

S&S Online will exchange or fully refund an order provided:

1.        The product is returned in a saleable condition;

2.        All original packaging and tags attached and sent back within 7 days of purchase;

3.        The items have not been worn;

4.        Before returning the goods it is necessary to phone or email as no goods are accepted without quoting your original order number and a returns reference number supplied.

Returns Costs

Any costs incurred in returning the products are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for return products whilst in transit and therefore require the use of recorded delivery service.

Payment

Payment of goods purchased online must be made by credit or debit card. The prices paid include VAT and free UK delivery. For overseas delivery please contact us first.

Prices are stated on the website and can be changed without notice.
